Designed To Recycle

Designed To Recycle

Every year, the DC Department of Public Works collaborates with the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities to showcase the work of local artists in an initiative that underscores the importance of recycling.

MMD enthusiastically joined this effort, submitting a concept aimed at inspiring district residents to actively participate in this crucial initiative.

The design centered around the powerful message "RECYCLE NOW," creatively juxtaposed with the DC Flag in contrasting text. This minimalist yet impactful approach was selected as one of the top 15 submissions, highlighting MMD's ability to convey a significant environmental message through bold and effective design.
