A grant was received to refine and publish the literacy programs of DC Public Schools, citywide. The team was seeking a number of deliverables, including a new name, logo, messaging, iconography, and collateral materials. A bright color palette and engaging iconography were developed, and a variety of communications tools were designed, including powerpoint and curriculum templates. MMD used a highly collaborative approach, working with the OTL team to bring their vision for their new curriculum to life. The ultimate goal was to ensure the new curriculum would galvanize teachers, administrators, community and other stakeholders in support and shared commitment.
