ESA Wins WBJ’s 2018 Game Changer of the Year Award

At the Washington Business Journal’s 2018 Best Real Estate Deals, the annual Game Changer of the Year Award was bestowed to The Entertainment and Sports Arena in Congress Heights. Selected by the WBJ as one of the top 25 Best Real Estate Deals, the additional award was a great surprise and enormous honor for the architecture team of ROSSETTI and Michael Marshall Design.

“We were elated to have learned that the ESA was among 25 projects being recognized as the best real estate deals of the year. This additional announcement made yesterday evening that much more of a celebration,” said MMD’s CEO and design principal Michael Marshall.

Yesterday evening at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center hundreds gathered to celebrate and honor the year’s greatest achievements in real estate.
