Entertainment and Sports Arena Opening

In September, 2018, the Entertainment and Sports Arena will open its doors in Congress Heights. The 4,200 seat arena is expected to draw more than 400,000 attendees each year and generate a $90 million economic impact in the area over the next two decades. It will be a catalyst for a 2  million square foot mixed-use development.
