As COO and Principal, Jenny is responsible for upholding efficiency in operations, overseeing human resources, driving strategic planning, and supporting business development efforts. She creates and cultivates long-term business relationships, supports lead acquisition, supervises proposal efforts, and facilitates outreach campaigns. She also designs and implements policies and procedures to ensure that internal operations run smoothly and effectively. From both an operational and managerial standpoint, Jenny's leadership has been instrumental in contributing to the firm's current expansion and sustained growth. Jenny has over a decade of administrative, managerial, and commercial real estate experience. She volunteers regularly at homeless shelters and women's help centers, and loves to travel, especially to places rich in history.
