This thoughtfully designed space merges contemporary aesthetics with adeep respect for local cultural heritage, resulting in a unique destinationthat integrates shopping, dining, and office spaces.
Key Features:
The design incorporates elements inspired by local culture and traditions, such as modern screens shaped like desert dunes, offering shade and privacy while connecting to nature. Traditional Rawashin wooden latticework is integrated into the façade, blending heritage with modern design. The project’s color scheme is drawn from the surrounding desert landscape, using warm, earthy tones to echo Saudi Arabia’s sands and mountains.
The design emphasizes sustainability, including wooden Areesh sheds for functional shading and natural materials, enhancing the project’s connection to both culture and environment.
Design Aim: To create a welcoming, upscale communal space that enriches the urban fabric and serves as a destination for shoppers, diners, and office occupants.
