Upper East Side Apartment

This renovation of an 1,800 sq. ft., 24th floor apartment was designed for a multi-national corporation and its guests. With spectacular views to the east, south, and west of New York City, this renovation revolved around the concept of introducing loft-like qualities into a high-rise site. The client’s request for an open plan in the living/dining and kitchen areas was achieved by using a bar to give definition to the space. Custom ash cabinetry, stucco wall textures, granite, and cross-cut travertine were used throughout to unify various spaces.
