DC-based Architecture Firm Expands to Serve Clients across the Middle East and North Africa

‍WASHINGTON, DC — DC-based Michael Marshall Design (MMD) is proud to announce the opening of its new affiliate office in Dubai, UAE. Located at Nassima Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, this office marks an important milestone in MMD’s continuous growth and commitment to expanding its global presence. The Dubai office will serve as the firm’s base for extending a full range of services throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

“We are proud to expand into this part of the world and work with some of the most progressive partners developing communities and neighborhood amenities in these regions,” said Michael Marshall, founder of Michael Marshall Design. “Since I started my firm more than 30 years ago, I always envisioned an international design practice. MMD MENA, the new office brand, will provide comprehensive, end-to-end services to address projects of any complexity and scale. Building on MMD's nationally recognized design expertise, MMD MENA will offer Structural and MEP Design alongside a full suite of holistic services, including urban and master planning, construction documentation and supervision, project management, LEED services, landscape design, and historic building restoration.
