Marshall Moya Designs New Cook Ross Headquarters

Marshall Moya created the new space for Cook Ross, Inc., a certified woman-owned consulting firm that specializes in organizational cultural development and transformation, as well as leadership, diversity and inclusion issues. The internationally-recognized Cook Ross team is based in Silver Spring, with additional offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, serving clients around the world. The firm’s unique methodology and culture is built around a proprietary approach which creates transformative change by replacing historical diversity training with a new leading-edge model. The company’s vision is “transforming organizations around the world towards becoming more conscious, inclusive and humane communities.”

For the unique space, Marshall Moya used a bright palette and large-scale graphics, which included imagery of inspirational and influential civil rights leaders. Unique lighting complimented the graphics, and intimate spaces were created throughout to encourage collaboration and reflection.
